Where Healing Meets Purpose

At Prize Possessions, Inc., we are committed to restoring and strengthening family connections by addressing the underlying issues that often lead to disconnection, trauma, and community violence. Informed by our frontline experience in gun violence prevention, we understand that real change begins at home with empowered supported parents. We provide families with the tools, education, and healing-centered support they need to parent with purpose, not pressure. Our work challenges societal expectations and redefines what it means to raise children in safe nurturing, and emotional healthy relationships.
Vanessa Johnson is the visionary behind Prize Possessions Inc., a dedicated leader whose mission is rooted in healing, transformation, parenting challenges, and systemic injustice. Vanessa brings deep understanding and relentless compassion to everything she does. Her personal journey, combined with years of experience in gun violence prevention, inspired her to create a space where families can rebuild from the inside out. Under her leadership, Prize possessions inc. provides more than programs we offer hope, direction, and a renewed sense of purpose for parents and children. Vanessa's work is a testament to what's possible when healing becomes the foundation of how we live, lead and love.
In communities where violence and incarceration often claim the future of our young men, Wilton Ricketts known to many as Tuggz is living proof that transformation is possible. Once seen as a menace by a system that expected him to fail, Wilton has overcome the very challenges that too many young men in our neighborhoods are still facing today. with lived experiences and deep credibility, he now uses his voice, his influence, and his love for the community to lead by example. As Director of Operations, Wilton is the steady force turning vision into reality. His commitment to the next generation is not just professional it's personal. He understands the streets because he walked them. And now, he's chosen to walk a new path bringing others with him. In a world where parents are rightfully cautious about who they entrust with their children, Wilton is the exception. Hes' the one who doesn't just talk change he lives it. Wilton is more than a director he's a builder of trust, a mentor to many and a true reflection of what redemption, leadership, and purpose look like when they come from the heart of community.
We value our community, please don't hesitate to reach out.
